Associate Artist, Script Writer & Performer
New Perspectives' - Open Pitch
I was delighted to be invited to write my first playscript for Donna Briscoe-Greene - under the Open Pitch project, headed by New Perspectives' Theatre Company. My role mainly consisted of listening to Donna's qualitative stories, and transforming them into script form. I was also commissioned to perform part of the script, alongside Donna and Rashilah. BBC Radio 3 Drama
As a freelancer for Naked Productions, I was tasked with collating personal details, organising transport and script distribution. This role also included tasks such as, ensuring all sound track had been recorded, taking and keeping track of Director's notes, as well as typing up summaries for Producer and checking over radio drama credentials.
Musician
The Song Writing Team
I worked alongside The Song Writing Team, a music therapy organisation, to create a beautiful Spoken Word song.
I had the chance to dictate the style of music, whilst also incorporating musical instruments that I had played during the session and recording the vocals.

After starting out at NP as a New Associate, I was then asked to become a Trustee for the company which now lists me as a Director. We have quarterly meetings, as well as sub-group meetings, of which I am involved in.

Working with Naked Productions, I have been commissioned to write and voice act in my own 5-minute radio drama for BBC Radio 4. Yet to air, this is part of a running series called ‘United Kingdoms’, a ground breaking series of themed, mixed-form, short dramas reflecting life across the United Kingdom.
